General description
The Villa is a high end property with many amenities for up to eight people, situated in a peaceful location in the hills around Ibiza town surrounded by 75 acres of aromatic pine forest.
It offers an idyllically private retreat, yet very close to the village of San Rafael and convenient to Ibiza town and the coast. Within the garden is a beautiful large swimming pool, with waterfall effect and integral Jacuzzi.
The pool house is fully equipped, with a bar area with fridge and sink, a cloakroom, comfortable sunloungers and shaded seating, as well as an outdoor sound system and wireless broadband connection, making it the perfect place to check your emails or just chill out.
There is also a full Turkish steam bath, which leads directly out to the pool area. The interiors are very well furnished and equipped throughout. The living room has a 52? plasma screen TV (with full Sky programme package) and a Bose 321 DVD/music system.
All the six bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, telephone and Bose iPod docking station. There is wi-fi internet connection throughout.
In addition, there is a professionally equipped gym with state-of-the-art gym equipment, plasma screen TV (with International SAT TV, DVD, Playstation 3 and Ipod Connector)
