From all points of the villa, terrace and pool deck you can enjoy the absolute calmness and tranquility of this beautiful bay, just having the infinity of the ocean in front of you. The terrace is sunbathed from 7 a.m. to 7. p.m.
This luxury villa has been finished in 2009 and features the new Ibizan modernist spirit combined with homely touches. The villa has been finished to a very high standard.
The four bedrooms all have bathrooms ensuite and offer maximum comfort, all with spacious ensuite bathrooms, wardrobes, the finest linen and air conditioning throughout.
The decor is minimalist with an antique dining table made of olive wood, white leather sofas and chairs, a flat screen TV with international satellite receiver, sound system and iPod dock. Outdoors you find a comfortable dining and lounge space next to a built in bbq. Parking for two cars.
To San José village is 3 km and to Ibiza town 19 km. The romantic village of Es Cubells is at less than one km and offers various restaurants and a local supermarket.
