The Villa sits peacefully on a mountaintop on a fully gated plot of 6.000 m2 just before driving down into Es Cubells village.
The elegant house was furnished and decorated by an international top model combining comfortable designer furniture with unique antique interieur and art as well as moroccan-inspired materials and esprit.
The always impeccably maintained property offers numerous hangout, relax and chillout places as well as an open air gym with hot tub in the garden. The master bedroom with its warm, earthy colours comes with a private study and seating area and a beautifully designed master bath of Italian design. Close to the master bedroom there is a second large suite, whereas the invited guest rooms are all accessible via their private terrace leading into the garden and pool area.
Although the villa has many chillout and lounge or dining facilities, the pool and the deck around it are certainly the centrepiece of the villa providing the most spectacular panoramic views over the softly shaped coastline and up to Formentera island, a perfect soul medicine .
