General description
The villa is situated in a gated residential area with 24 hour security service and set on 3.000 m2 grounds. The property is a lovely combination of bohemian Ibizan chic in a minimal setting with exotic, natural touches, like massive wooden tables or the whitewashed pool terrace made of exotic wood.
On the inside Villa Coco offers 450 m2 constructed space and impresses with its immense open plan living and dining area, naturally lit by massive sliding windows and offering various lounge levels and unfolding into the open plan kitchen. Constant communication among the guests is thus made possible without having to sit on top of each other all the time. The living area unfolds onto the pool terrace, which undoubtedly is the centrepiece of the property with its double, balinese sun loungers, chillout sofas and the outdoor dining area.
Bedroomwise, the villa offers three rooms with kingsize beds and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is additionally equipped with a hot tub jacuzzi, one twin room with en suite shower room and one outhouse with separate entrance and a spacious suite with en suite bathroom. Apart from the living area, two of the bedrooms are equipped with TV and DVD. There are several chillout sofas and seating areas all around the villa, and inside the property there is additionally parking for up to four cars.
