General description
When you step into the villa you will immediately feel at home. This 5 bedroom mansion embraces your senses with a superb mix of modernist design with its clear lines and sleek layout combined with natural materials, which were imported from Asia and Africa, such as natural stone tiles and sophisticated, handcarved door frames. The villa is hidden behind a wonderfully smelling orange grove in the heart of Ibiza island, yet easily and comfortably accessible and at only 15 min. drive from Ibiza town.
A number of beaches, such as Benirras, Aguas Blancas in the north or the Santa Eulalia beaches on the Eastern coast are at a short 5 - 10 min. drive from the villa.
The 11.000 m2 plot offers vast lawn areas with an immense, majestic Balinese chillout, where you will find a solid teak table, made of one piece and so heavy that you need ten strong men to be able to lift it. The 12 m infinity pool is doubtlessly the centrepiece of the garden, framed by comfortable, ergonomic, double sun loungers, comfortable and inviting to chill.
The house is distributed into three parts. In the centre you have a spacious living area folding up into the open plan kitchen and dining room, which communicate very well with the outdoor spaces. A courtesy shower room completes this area. Upstairs you have the two spacious master bedrooms, en suite with bath and shower rooms and sharing a second lounge area and large terrace from where you get wonderful views over the soft lines of the Ibizan landscape.
Next to the kitchen you have a separate wing of 3 en suite guest bedrooms, one of them large enough to accomodate nanny and children comfortably and with access to a separate little terrace and lawn space.
