The villa is a new addition to our catalogue and is a cute, yet spacious luxury villa in one of the most demanded locations on the island: sitting on top of a little hill in the natural park of Es Cubells, The villa gives you the feeling of being away from the world, yet close to all the action and fashionable beaches such as Cala Jondal, Porroig or Cala d'Hort. Ibiza town is fifteen minutes to drive, and despite its hidden location the villa can be easily accessed and has a local supermarket at walking distance.
The whitewashed, spacious property is built in a way, that tremendous sea views will hit your eye from every corner of house and garden. The house opens up with the dining area communicating with the open plan kitchen on one end and a spacious living area on the other. On the lower floor there is also one en suite bedroom with a private terrace, whereas the first floor lines up the master bedroom and two guest rooms, all of them with en suite bathrooms.
This house has been designed and decorated as a home, you will be pleased to find a mix of beautiful pieces from all over the world combined with materials, tiles and lamps imported from Bali or Brazil.
The villa showcases several seating, chillout and dining spaces around the house. Next to the kitchen, there is a little terrace with breakfast nook and seating areas. At the other end of the house you will find a bigger dining table for up to 8 or optionally 10 people facing the sea, and around the pool area, there are two additional covered chillout areas, where you can relax, read and enjoy the outdoor life and the endless horizon unfolding in front of your eyes.
