General description
The villa is a recently constructed, Bauhaus-inspired high end villa, located in a quiet part of Talamanca Bay. From the villa you get lovely views to Ibiza port and town, and thanks to its convenient location you are in the town centre within about five minutes drive. The little beach of Sa Punta with its top end restaurant is at walking distance from the villa.
The minimalist style villa offers three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor, i.e. the pool level. From the rooms you have direct access to the terrace and the pool area. With a lift you can comfortably access the first floor with its main living area and the open plan, spacious kitchen. There is another terrace all around the house, from where you get amazing views over the whole of Ibiza town, Talamanca bay and the yacht harbour.
The interior design of the villa is composed of clear, sleek lines, select original design pieces and art and gives an overall feeling of a bright and airy urban style with a tingle of mediterranean flavour and colours. This villa is a perfect, modern base for a small group, family or even just a couple.
