General description
The Villais a spacious mansion of six bedrooms located in a safe residencial area close to Ibiza town and the yacht harbour Marina Botafoch. From the villa you get fantastic views of the sea and Ibiza town and access all hot spots easily.
The villa is built on two levels: On the main floor you find the open living and dining room including a bar and unfolding onto the main terrace, where you have additional lounge and chillout zones. Behind the living room and with a separate entrance for staff you have a spacious kitchen. The master bedroom suite of approx. 40 m2 is found in the right wing of the house, whilst you have the four guest suites in the left wing, which are all individually decorated using the top brands. On a slightly lower level there is also a round indoor swimming pool with heated water spa.
The huge infinity swimming pool invites you to workout everyday or just float and enjoy the marvellous views over Ibiza town out of this perspective. Next to the main pool there is also a heated hot tub for up to five people and the outdoor dining area with bbq. The sixth bedroom is found in a separate apartment below themain house and can be used for staff or guests who like to have their independency.
