The villa of 1200 m2 size is located amidst 6000 m2 gardens with lawn  area and spacious terraces around the 18 m infinity pool. From the house you can walk down a little road to the sea, where you have a mooring for a boat or yacht. By boat the island of Formentera is accessible in 20 minutes and the nearest beach, Cala Jondal and Es torrent in less than five minutes. To drive into Ibiza town is a 15 minute ride.  
 
The villa is elegantly decorated combining modern minimalism with glamourous top of the line furniture, unique decor and accessories for a comfortable group or family holiday in one of the most amazing areas of the island.
