The villa is a spacious high end retreat perched on the cliff in the amazing natural park of Es Cubells in the south of Ibiza. A short walk from Es Cubells beach and the great local restaurant 'Ses boques' and just a couple of minutes driveyou from all the hot spots on the island. The villa is situated in a safeguarded residential area with 24 hour security service and also disposes of a separate alarm system
The villa is surrounded by 3000 m2 grounds with a big lawn area and several terraces just in front of the sea offering infinity views from all corners of the plot and house. The spacious Mediterranean styled chalet disposes of three bedrooms in the main house and two attached studios with one en suite bedroom each. Next to the pool there is a hot tub, where you can end your perfect day by the sea with a bubble bath and relaxing sunset views.
