This great modern mansion is the perfect luxury villa for those who like to be private, yet close to all hot spots near Ibiza town, Playa d'en Bossa and Cala Jondal beach. the Villa is a bright and elegantly designed summer villa located near the sea and beach. You can access the sea from the villa at a couple of hundred metres where you have the staircase and mooring platforms of the lovely bay of Porroig. To Cala Jondal beach, which you can see from the upper rooms at the villa it is a short 5 - 10 min. drive. The fully gated villa offers great outdoor spaces and terraces as well as a lawn area, which makes it ideal for families with small children or groups of adults who wish to stay independent. The house itself distributes into two parts. The main building with the communal spaces like living area, media room, dining room and kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The master bedroom is found on the top floor with an independent terrace, large ensuite bath and shower room as well as a separate work space. In the adjacent apartment you have three indpendent bedrooms with terrace access and en suite bathrooms. Below the villa you have the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a double garage with space for two cars and an additional parking space outside the house.
