General description
The villa is an amazing property of six en suite bedrooms between San José, San Rafael and Ibiza town. Whilst you get the sensation of being completely out of the world at this big estate, it is just a leisurely ten minute drive into town, port and nightlife.
The villa distributes into two buildings surrounded by big, mature gardens with palm trees, tropical and Mediterranean plants. The pool is partly surrounded by a large, microcement terrace on one side and offers a vast lawn space on the other side adding to the villa´s family friendliness. A shaded lounge and outdoor 'al fresco' dining complete with outdoor kitchen and various other seating areas, sofas and table arrangements turn the garden into a comfortable resort, where every guest in the group finds his or her own space.
Inside the 600 m2 main house there are four bedrooms, all en suite, a spacious open lounge and dining area opening up onto the pool terrace and garden. Two more bedrooms are found in the guest house in the lower part of the garden.
