General description
The Villa is built on the hillside and is split across 3 levels with extensive outside terraces. Its interior styling could be interpreted as minimalist but in fact it extremely comfortable in every detail which has been put together with great care and attention to detail - making it a very easy house to use and enjoy. It has 6 bedrooms 4 of which have en-suite facilities and there is an additional family bathroom for the 2 remaining bedrooms. The sitting room and kitchen / dining area are basically open plan walking out onto large external terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard of specification and fixtures and fittings.
Sitting Room, Kitchen and Master Bedroom have plasma television's with full dvd facilities as well as Bose Sound Systems which can be used either independently or with ipod docking facilities.
The terraces themselves are furnished with outdoor furniture and include daybeds, sofas, sun loungers, parasols and a 6 mts dining table to seat 12 people as well as a separate covered dining area next to the pool. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated, if required.
In addition the house also has it's own private Nightclub Area which has a bar, dj booth, various seating and chill out areas as well a large seated area which has cinema facilities. Lastly the property comes with a separate professionally equipped gymnasium area with adjacent boxing room. The house is protected with a monitored alarm system and full camera surveillance security systems.
