General description
The villa is a modern luxury villa with a sophisticated fusion of urban and Mediterranean interior design. The property is located on a hill between Es Cubells and Porroig and offers amazing, undisturbed sea views and tranquility, at only five to seven min. drive from San José and Es Cubells villages.
The massive main house opens up with an open plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen, fully equipped with top end products and in restaurant quality. The sliding doors of the living area can be opened completely and the room unfolds to the main terrace, where you have different seating areas and a massive dining table for up to 12 guests.
In the lower part of the house, you have four different, en suite guest rooms, each with double bed and individually designed bathroom. The master bedroom has an additional living area. All bedrooms have access to another, big terrace, from where you walk down a few steps through the wonderfully landscaped, mature palm tree gardens to access the pool area with a 20 x 6 m pool, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor living area.
