The villa is the perfect villa for those who love the beach and a tranquil environment. This coastal villa is found on one of the slopes leading down to Cala Vadella beach on 11.000 m2 of fenced in grounds beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants and 30 year old palm trees. There is a local supermarket and restaurant as well as a bus stop at walking distance. To the beach it is a short drive by car or 20 min. walk. The nearest town is San José at 5 min. drive, and into Ibiza town it is 20 min. by car. On Cala Vadella beach you have a choice of fantastic restaurants, but you will also be able to explore all the hidden treasures of the southwestern part of Ibiza, such as the fab Cala Bassa beach club or the beautiful sunsets at Cala Conta beach. The 250 m2 villa offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of the bedrooms are en suite. On the first level you have the open plan kitchen and dining area, leading onto an enormous terrace with more dining and seating spaces and beautiful views over the pool area and the gardens of the villa. Next to the dining area you have three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, and one twin room. On the ground floor (pool level) you have the master suite as well as the living room, unfolding onto a lovely covered oudoor seating area and the pool terrace. This comfortable villa offers a contemporary, modern style with a love for fresh beachy decor and pastel shades.
