General description
This is a spacious building of 350 m2, which is located in the residential area of Sa Carroca close to Playa d'en Bossa and Ibiza town. The natural park of Las Salinas and Cala Jondal beach are 10 min. drive away. There is a good taxi connection and bus connection into Ibiza town from the villa, and supermarket and various restaurants are at walking distance, which does not make a car hire necessary.
The villa is identical to its neighbouring Villa , both of them can be rented together through our company and are ideal for big groups, giving you the convenience of having two independent pools and lounging areas.
All bedrooms are of a good size and have its own bathroom, three of the bathrooms are en suite, the fourth bathroom on the ground floor is found next to the living room, so it can also be used as a courtesy wc from the lounge and pool area. From the top floor of the villa you get lovely views to the sea and Ibiza old town. additionally the bedrooms on the upper floor have their own, furnished terraces. The villa offers electric blinds in all the bedrooms to black out the sun after a long night out, and the whole villa, including the living area is airconditioned.
On the terrace you have a barbecue possibility with a good sized gas grill.
