General description
The villa is located just outside the village of Jesús halfway up to the hidden beach of S'estanyol. Both, Talamanca and S'Estanyol beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by foot. Into Ibiza town it is less than a ten minute drive.
The fully gated villa offers lovely sea and countryside views as well as views to Ibiza old town. Many outdoor spaces around the house, such as a complete outdoor kitchen with barbecue, gas hob, fridge and dishwasher and several Balinese chillout lounges enable you to fully enjoy outdoor life. Centrepiece of the property is doubtlessly the huge pool of 14 m length, which with its turquoise waters reminds of the beaches in Formentera.
The 200 m2 house is actually a modern building , but was built as solidly as an original Ibizan country house with thick walls, keeping out the summer heat and spacious living areas. All bedrooms are additionally airconditioned. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor sharing one bathroom. The master bedroom with its lovely four poster bed is found on the first floor and has en en suite bathroom as well as a separate, living area unfolding onto a private terrace with double lounger bed and great views. On the ground floor you have additionally living areas, a separate kitchen and a spacious dining room which also communicates with the outdoor kitchen. Next to the villa there is a separate studio, fitted its own living space and bathroom and suitable for two guests.
The whole house is decorated with extraordinary art and unique pieces and materials imported from Bali and India, all furniture and fittings are made to a very high standard.
