General description
Stylish, converted country villa of four or optionally five bedrooms and bathrooms, set in the southwest of Ibiza near Cala Bassa. This enchanting property is a perfect fusion of Ibicencan tradition and Asian style and decor and great love for each detail in and outdoors.
The Villa is an open and modern house despite its hundred year old, thick stone walls. It has two different terraces with cosy corners and seating areas for sunbathing, dining 'al fresco' or playing chess in the shade.
The four bedrooms all have bathrooms en suite and distribute around a wide open plan living, cooking and dining space with big loft-like windows and doors which give the whole house an urban feel. There is also an attached apartment, which has been renovated recently and can be rented now on request. The bright, spacious kitchen is fully equipped and new with all electrical household items that are required for a comfortable self-catering stay.
Next to the entrance you have one of three outdoor dining spaces set under a mature palm tree as well as a comfortable chillout area. The pool area is slightly elevated with a natural stone rimmed swimming pool of 11 x 3,5 m and a covered outdoor kitchen next to it.
There is WiFi, LCD TV and a place for your iPod.
The Villa is within walking distance to Port des Torrent and Cala Bassa beaches where you have a choice of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. There is a bus stop and car hire within walking distance.
