This villa is located near San José on the west side of the Island of Ibiza, a five minute drive to San Jose, 15 to Ibiza Airport and Ibiza Town. San Jose beaches, including Es Torrent, Es Xarcu and Cala Jondal can be reached within 15 minutes. The surrounding area is now a fully protected conservation area under Ibizan law, providing privacy and tranquility and boasting many fantastic, signposted walking and bicycle routes in the vicinity.
You will find a collection of hard to get original designer pieces from all over the world embedded in an impressive modern art collection. The kitchen has restaurant quality with an American style refridgerator, ice maker and two wine cooler systems. Indoor and outdoor sound systems guarantee a high level of musical entertainment inside the house and outside by the pool of 12.5 x 4.5 m, which can be heated to guarantee an even temperature at every time of year.
The bedrooms at the villa are fully airconditioned, there is a 40' TV screen in the living room and a 32' flat screen in the master bedroom with SKY SAT television, Ipod connection, DVD and a collection of films and music cds.
Outdoors you have the elevated bbq with dining and chillout space right next to the kitchen. One level below there is the pool with an ample terrace to lounge and sunbathe. Below this terrace you have a another terrace with dining facilities amidst a mature garden with lawn area, some fruit trees, lavender and oleander plants.
