In the main house of 450 square metres you have four bedrooms (three double, one twin) and four bathrooms, kitchen and dining hall, sitting lounge with chillout and fireplace, outdoor kitchen with bbq and dining area, various terraces with chillout areas and lounge furniture, pool of 12 x 6 m, squash tennis court, basketball place.
The guest house of 300 square metres has four bedrooms (three double, one with three single beds) and four bathrooms, a little kitchen with dining room, sitting room, a separate pool of 10 x 4 m, terrace with dining space for eight people, chillout area. The whole property is set in a garden of 8000 square metres and is very private and fully fenced in. There is WIFI internet and a hifi system in all of the rooms, a sound system by the pool as well as parking for about five cars.
You have a little supermarket and a very good organic meat restaurant within walking distance. The artist village of Santa Gertrudis is a ten minute footwalk away, into Ibiza town it is nothing more than a five to seven min. drive.
