Thisis a newly built luxurious mansion overlooking Cala Tarida bay in the south of Ibiza. The house is built in a way that you can enjoy splendid and undisturbed sea and sunset views from every corner of it.
This high end Ibiza residence can accomodate comfortably up to eleven and on request also up to twelve people in five bedrooms with king size double beds and double latex mattresses. The sixth bedroom offers one single bed and can be turned on request into a twin room. There are four bathrooms in total. The master bathroom comes with an XL-size jacuzzi and an inbuilt sauna.
Furthermore, this villa offers two ample sitting and lounging areas, - one on each level of the house, thus making this property ideal to share for two families or groups of independent people The ample, open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an extralarge fridge and icemaker and wine cooler system. Inside the villa has A/C everywhere, - even in the kitchen, which is quite unusual for an Ibiza villa. On the outside you can enjoy various, spacious terraces and different lounge and chillout areas. Every inch of the fully landscaped gardens is certainly well used. The villa does not have a built in bbq, but offers a gas grill for meat lovers.
This villa is situated within a short walk of ten to max. fifteen minutes to the beach of Cala Tarida, you are within less than five minutes drive in the village of San José and in twenty minutes in Ibiza town
