Seven bedrooms and four bathrooms on two levels mark this typical mediterranean coastal villa of great style.
Of more than 500m2 of terrace space you can choose between two different eating areas, a sun terrace in front of the living room, two covered chillout areas and not to forget the huge pool area surrounded by nicely manicured lawn space and groups of palm trees.
On the inside the house distributes into two levels with a big, open plan living and dining space, a kitchen with breakfast nook, a TV room and four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. On the upper level you find the master bedroom with its bath ensuite (including a hot tub jacuzzi), and two further double bedrooms which share one bathroom.
The original sabina beam ceilings and the terracotta tiled floors give this villa a homely atmosphere, inviting to relax. Amenities include WIFI, a radio CD player, DVD, outdoor summer kitchen, various chillout areas, mature fruit trees in the garden providing oranges, lemons, figues and apricots. Guests are welcome to pick their fruit fresh from the trees.
