General description
Stylish modern villa located in a small residential area within walking distance to Cala Moli in the south of Ibiza. The villa is a state-of-the-art high end property with magnificent sea views, that can comfortably accomodate between ten and twelve guests.
On 350 m2 constructed space you enter the villa on the ground level and come into an open plan living and dining area next to a spacious kitchen with all amenities you may require for your luxury villa holiday. The master bedroom suite is also located on the ground floor with its bath en suite and own private terrace. On the first level you find another three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a little terrace and a staircase leading down to the pool area.
Next to the pool there is a covered outdoor kitchen with bbq and dining space for up to twelve people. A spacious chill-out zone invites to get a nap during Spanish siesta time, and a ping pong table provides additional family entertainment. Behind the pool you find the independent guest house with another bedroom, bathroom, sitting area (with additional sofa-bed for two people) and another, fully equipped kitchen.
Additional amenities include WIFI and international satellite television.
