General description
This modern villa offers space, secludedness and a high standard in one of the best locations on Ibiza island. The mansion is located just off the road between Porroig and Cala Jondal beach. To the beach it is a short walk down the road, and into Ibiza town a ten min. drive.
The villa is of modern design and is built on two levels and set on a 10.000 m2 plot of land, which is fully gated. The rooms distribute on two levels. On the ground floor you have a spacious and bright living room in the centre, surrounded by a very modern and brandnew kitchen, courtesy bathroom and three guest bedrooms. One of them has the bathroom en suite, the other two share one bath and shower room.
From the living room you access the pool area and the outdoor dining area through the huge sliding windows.
On the top floor of the house there is a spacious gallery with a study room and computer workspace and two further bedrooms and en suite bathrooms as well as a wooden deck with additional sunloungers.
