General description
The Villa is tucked away in a quiet part of the natural park of Las Salinas and Es Cavallet in the south of Ibiza island at only ten min. drive from the old town. From the villa terraces and some of the bedrooms you get fantastic sea views at just a short walk away from the beach.
The villa distributes in two independent buildings of three bedrooms, each equipped with their own pool, terraces, gardens and kitchen. House No. 1 is slightly bigger in size and offers a large living and dining area unfolding onto the pool terrace with outdoor seating and dining as well. On the ground floor you have one en suite guest room equipped with a double bed and on the top floor another two double bedrooms, one of them en suite. The other one has a shower room next to it. Both bedrooms share a furnished terrace and a lounge area, from where you enjoy fabulous sunset views.
House No. 1 is of similar distribution but smaller in size. It offers one large double bedroom and a smaller bedroom on the ground floor as well as open plan kitchen, living and dining area on the first floor. The third bedroom is found upstairs, too. Both villas can also be rented independently on request.
