General description
This firstline property is located in the southwestern part of Ibiza island near Cala Vadella, Cala Moli and Cala Carbó beaches, in a quiet and secure residential area. From the villa it is a few metres to the sea, where you can sunbathe on the rocks and jump into the crystalclear water in the bay. The tranquil Cala Vadella and Cala Moli beaches are at less than five min. drive. A small, local supermarket as well as a little restaurant are just around the corner, at about 10 min. walk from the house.
The villa is constructed on three different levels, with all rooms grouped around the large pool terrace and facing the sea and sunset. the villa has just been modernized and offers a spacious, open kitchen and dining area and a large living room with separate terrace and sundeck. There are three bedrooms by the pool, in the back of the house and another twin room on top of the villa. The pool terrace offers a separate dining and shaded seating area as well as a bbq.
