Old last century Ibizan finca, completely renovated in May 2015, located high on a hill with stunning views of the surrounding valleys.
About 16,000 meters of land surround the house.
In the front of the house we find the swimming pool (9x4 m) with gazebo and chairs on one side and other chairs with parasol.
On the other side of the house is the dining area covered porch with portable barbecue. In this area there is also a ping pong table.
The house at the entrance has a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. To the left of this area it is one of the bathrooms with bathtub. On the opposite side of the kitchen we have the living room with a dining area and sofa with satellite TV. From this room you’ll find two bedrooms, one with 2 beds and one with bed of 1.35 m, both with air conditioning.
At the end of the house we have the master bedroom with 1,80x2m bed and air conditioning.
Next to the entrance there is a 2nd bathroom with shower to share.
