This recently renovated with taste is located just seven minutes from Ibiza town and main beaches of Cala Jondal, Sa Caleta, Es Cavallet and Salinas home. Fully fenced with electric gate, has easy access to the highway, but still enjoys privacy.
It is distributed as follows:
Casita 1: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, sharing a bathroom with bathtub at the entrance; terrace overlooking the city of Ibiza, Dalt Vila and the sea.
Casita 2: Living room with gas kitchen, fully equipped.
Climbing a few stairs we will find a large swimming pool (10x8 m) with views, a nice bathroom with shower, a barbecue deck construction with chill-out area and table for al fresco dining, sunbeds, parasols and everything you need to enjoy breakfast, a meal or a nice evening with friends or family. For children there is even a trampoline.
