Stylish and comfortable villa in an excellent location, very private and romantic as not overlooked. The house is surrounded by good cycling routes and great walks from the front door;a  8m x 4m private pool, with BBQ at one end, 6 wicker sun beds, umbrellas, outside sofas. Large wooden table. Also have a chill out area, shaded by palms, with sofa's and table and chairs. The front of the house has a large terrace with large wooden table and chairs, overlooking sea and woodlands. Gate at one end.Altogether there are 3 outside dining tables of different sizes.
The various local beaches of Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, Cala Carbo, offer a range of water sports, including skiing and scuba diving, and great spots to watch the sunsets. There is horse riding nearby. The golf course is a 20 min drive away. There are local shops, cafes and a restaurant nearby in quaint San Agustin, a short walk away, and larger supermarkets 4 minutes drive. Ibiza town is only a 15 min drive away. There are several good local restaurants within a few minutes drive, ranging from old converted finca's to typical Spanish bar/restaurants. In San Antonio, just 2km away, there are restaurants for all tastes and budgets, plus the famous Sunset Strip with Cafe del Mar etc. The glamorous beach clubs of Cala Jondal, Salinas and Playa Den Bossa are all within easy reach.
