This modern holiday villa is a perfect base for families or groups of friends who enjoy being private and spend a lot of time at their rental villa, but a the same time like to be in convenient location close to Ibiza town and the beaches in the southern part of Ibiza island. the villa, which has its name due to the many plants in the garden, is located in the upscale and peaceful residential area of Sa Carroca at just two km away from Ibiza town centre and one km away from Playa d'en Bossa beach. Other beaches, such as Las Salinas or Cala Jondal are just a short 5 - 10 min. drive away. At walking distance you have several bars and restaurants, grocery shops, a recommendable butcher and a supermarket.
In the spacious garden behind the villa you can live outdoors and hang out by the pool without being seen by anybody. The comfortable seating areas, a large dining space as well as the solid, big outdoor kitchen invite to spend time together and enjoy the Ibizan summer. The house itself distributes on 350 m2 and offers a huge open plan living and dining area connecting with the modern, separate kitchen. On the same floor you have two bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as a courtesy WC. On the first floor the villa offers three further bedrooms sharing two bathrooms as well as a study with a sofa-bed. From the spacious and furnished terrace on the first floor you get lovely views to Ibiza old town and the sea.
