It sits peacefully amidst a mature 2000 m2 palm tree garden just outside Es Cubells village. You can walk into the village and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the natural park and the lovely walks to Es Cubells beach.
The fully gated and secure property offers a large 12 m pool facing the sea, big outdoor kitchen with al fresco dining for up to 14 people as well as various outdoor seating and lounging areas, from where you can enjoy the lovely views. Inside the two storey main house you find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a big living room and separate, modern kitchen with dining area. On the top floor and next to the master bedroom you have another living area with pool billard and covered seating areas, from where you get lovely views.
Finally, in the garden, there is an additional en suite twin room with separate access and private terrace. All bedrooms are airconditioned.
