General description
The villais a spacious and fully fenced in property, which is found in a very convenient location close to Ibiza town and all the nice beaches in the south of Ibiza island. You will find Las Salinas and Es Cavallet beaches, Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal with all their amenities, bars and restaurants at just three to five minutes drive from your holiday home. Despite its central location the villa offers peacefulness amidst a huge, mature garden of palm trees and exotic plants, 12 m, kidney-shaped pool, comfortable and shady Balinese chillout and several terraces and dining facilities with separate bbq area.
The Villa distributes into a main house with the master bedroom (two queensize beds!) and a huge master bathroom next to the living and dining area and two smaller bedrooms sharing one bathroom and a private terrace on the first level. The villa is elegantly furnished with luxury fittings mixing contemporary design with all modern comfort and facilities, you may require. Behind the pool there is a spacious outhouse offering another bedroom with en suite bathroom.
From the pool terrace and the first floor you get nice sea views up to Formentera island and Cap des Falco in the south of Ibiza. Amenities include WIFI internet, satellite television and A/C in all bedrooms and the living areas.
