This contemporary style resort of two villas is ideal for two or three families sharing a property, yet still looking for independence as regards to kitchen and communal areas or a large group of adults. The villa consists of two houses, one of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and one smaller of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 10 x 5 m pool forms the heart of this fully gated property, which is very centrally located at just two km out of Ibiza town and at 15 min. walk from Playa d'en Bossa beach and its bars, clubs and restaurants. There are several smaller bars and a big supermarket at walking distance from the property too, so car hire is not essential when staying at this villa.Next to the pool there is a spacious and covered outdoor kitchen with dining and relax area, which makes outdoor life and al fresco dining at this villa a pure pleasure. Both houses on the property grounds offer fully equipped kitchens and independent dining and seating areas. In addition, behind house No. 2 you will find a hot tub with whirlpool function, which provides the touch of luxury and will make it very difficult to leave the property at all.
