General description
The villa is a long standing holiday home, which is immaculately kept and maintained to a high standard. The villa is located on a hilltop overlooking San Jose town and with nice views over the sea. The nearest beaches are Cala Tarida, Cala Conta, Cala Bassa and all the nice bays in the southwestern part of Ibiza island.
Into San José town with its little restaurants and shops it is just a short walk.
The villa distributes its rooms all on one level on about 2.000 m2 of grounds. The garden comes with a big pool, outdoor shower, several seating and chill areas, a bbq and dining area as well as some lawn space.
Inside you have a big, open plan living and dining room, a separate, spacious kitchen and all the bedrooms and bathrooms in the back of the house. Bedrooms can be made up as either doubles or twins on request.
