This beautiful and bright chalet with a private saltwater pool is located in the charming and quiet rural area of Can Tomás, between San Rafael and San Antonio. The beaches are very easy to access.
The chalet is luxuriously decorated and features a modern living room with a large sofa and views of the beautiful pool. Nothing is missing in the elegant kitchen. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are equipped with a TV and air conditioning.
In the spacious garden you will find the salt water pool with Jacuzzi area and an outdoor shower. There are plenty of loungers for everyone to enjoy the sun by the pool. Furthermore, there is a covered terrace with a large dining table and a barbecue. Next to the terrace there is a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. Children have plenty of space to play on the fenced-in lot. There is a safe, an alarm system and a remote controlled automatic door.
