The villa is a very family friendly villa, which is located at a mile out of Santa Eulalia (Santa Eularia in catalan) town and only a stones throw away from one of Ibiza's best restaurants Casa Colonial. The views from the terrace area are breathtaking as you look down the valley onto one of Ibizas main agricultural areas. with lots of almond and orange trees. From the villa you have easy access to all the nice beaches on the Eastern coast, such as Cala Pada or Aguas Blancas, but you are also not too far away from Ibiza town (15 min. drive).
 
This villa has wheelchair and disabled access and is perfect for families with young children as well, as all rooms and the pool are on one level.
 
Inside this property you find all the three bedrooms arranged around the spacious lounge / living area, which on one hand leads into the kitchen and on the other side onto ample terraced gardens.  The Lounge of Villa Princesa is approximately 100 m2 and has two separate seating areas. The first has one 3 seat sofa and 2 single seats and has the multi language Satellite TVs with 24' screen with DVD player. The second has a coffee table and an L shaped sofa surrounding it. This room also has Air Con. There is access to the pool area where you will also see that there is a two seat swing chair.
 
The kidney shaped pool area of the villa is compact and pretty with a shallow entrance. There are sufficient sun beds for all guests around the kidney shaped pool plus there is a small paddling pool for toddlers. There is ample shaded area under the porch by the pool for those who are looking for shade.
